Projects

Ryan always has a project going. Which usually takes over his life. I am 100% positive that he will not be bored when it comes time to retire. He worked really hard on this desk and it looks amazing! Here are the posts about it. So what is next?? Grandpa gave this old thing to Ryan about two years ago. Ryan is getting to it next.. I'm a little nervous about this project. In preparation for it our garage is very clean. My vote would be to park a car in the garage but instead this thing is taking up the space.

Who pulls it off??

Here is our cowboy hat. Which one of the pictured boys pulls it off better??

Christmas Pictures

New Jammies from Aunt Ang and antlers from Aunt Nicci
This was our first Christmas without extended family. It was bittersweet. We decided to go low key with cooking and just enjoy the day. It was a lot of fun! Ryan and I got a few new games and the boys got tons of toys! We are all very happy! I hope that every one had a very Merry Christmas! I wish we had gotten a picture with us in our Christmas outfits.. but oh well. :)

one year.

I think that maybe you need a haircut.

Dear Landon,

You are growing up so fast. You are almost a walker-you have almost walked across the whole house but crawling is still faster but you are getting better. Yesterday when I changed your diaper you reached over and grabbed a wipe and started to rub your leg. I was very impressed with your efforts to help. You love to grab at the Christmas tree- you fling your arms around faster as we tell you to stop. Only one ball broken- we had them out of your reach but you soon learned to stand at the tree to reach higher. Clever.

We love you bunches and are so pleased with you. Let's see you are kind of a food snob. You weighted 18 lbs 4 ounces at the doctor this month. He told me I could give you ice cream. :) We never gave Carter sweets until his first birthday. But you did not get the same treatment. You've had cookies for months.

anyways.

Love you..
Momma
Food Snob alert... What is that on my thumb??

Happy Birthday Landon!

Our little boy turned one last Sunday. We drove to Idaho Falls to have some party time with Ryan's family. We sure miss having family to relax with. It is nice to have people around that love you. We had a long weekend of fun. Ryan and I decided to leave at 6 pm instead of 3 am-so we were tired all weekend but it was worth it to have an extra day in town.
Jade spent the whole weekend with Ali.
