Well we are still waiting for a few things to happen. Our house to sell our schedule to be scheduled as far as moving guys etc. Here is our before and after of the bathroom nothing too major. Re-tiled the vanity and painted the walls Moonbeam white and the vanity Beluga black. Found out the sink was broken when we took it out.. it was rusted out in a few spots. We put in a nice porcelain sink we where able to get at a contractors warehouse. :)

Once again Ryan did a fabulous job.
Looks amazing! Kitchens and bathrooms sell houses! What kind of work is Ryan going in to? My in-laws live in WA; it is gorgeous and we love all the outdoor activities. Best to you as you work on getting your home sold!
